The story begins.
It all started in New Castle, PA. Over 40 years ago, Don and Annette Miller started out as a Dunkin’ Franchisee with one store. They eventually grew the network to two stores and eventually a third was added. A hallmark of their business was an unwavering support for their community.

Future vision.
As the family business grew. They experienced challenges and change, their vision for the future still developing. Years later, the Miller’s three daughters, Leeanne, Taylor, and Randi took over managing their own Dunkin’ locations. Eventually they decided to aim to grow the three stores into a larger network of Dunkin’s. Together the sisters now run the DALRT, Inc. organization which employs 215+ people in the region.

Continued growth.
Now with 11 locations and more in development in Erie, PA, the business is growing. The sisters have their own responsibilities for leading the company. Leeanne is the CFO, Taylor Walters is the COO and Randi Griffith is the Marketing Director. They keep New Castle, PA, Grove City, PA, Meadville, PA, Edinboro, PA and Erie, PA running on Dunkin’.
