Dunkin’ franchisee, DALRT, Inc. announces New Castle and Neshannock store remodels to bring Next Gen Dunkin’ new looks and new features with construction starting this month.
On September 5, 2023, DALRT, Inc. dba Dunkin’ announced they will begin remodeling two of their original Dunkin’ restaurants at 2503 Wilmington Road in Neshannock and 134 N Mill St. in New Castle. Construction will begin this month and ramp up in October through the beginning of November.
Guests can look forward to the newest Next Gen Dunkin’ store aesthetic which will offer not only a vibrant, fresh look but will include new features such as a contactless drive-thru, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an innovative tap system featuring the new Nitro coffee option.
“We will be expanding the Mobile Order pick up stations within the stores and designating parking spots to make inside pickup more seamless at 134 N Mill St.,” said Randi (Miller) Griffith, marketing director for DALRT, Inc.
“We’re very excited to be adding a second order point and another Drive Thru lane to improve the flow of traffic at our Neshannock Dunkin’. Additionally, the 134 N Mill St. store remodel will include an ordering kiosk and more prep space for our crew,” Griffith shared.
DALRT Inc.’s goal is to keep the community up-to-date and minimize disruptions to service during the renovations. Until construction is complete, both stores will be open with drive-thru service.
The lobbies will be kept open as long as possible at both sites. Guests can also sign up for email notifications of any changes or updates to the availability of the lobby or drive-thrus throughout construction.
