Harborcreek Dunkin’ development update for DALRT, Inc. in Erie, PA

You’ll find the newest DALRT, Inc. Dunkin’ location at 4007 Buffalo Rd. in Harborcreek Township. This location is expected to open in the Spring of 2023. Read the latest update below.

• February 2, 2023
  The construction crew is finishing up rough plumbing and electrical work this week. We expect the duct work and hoods to be done next week. Then, we’ll be ready to drywall all that in. Progress! More photos below!

• January 17, 2023
  The siding is up on the building and we are waiting on the drive-thru window to be delivered with all its features. Framing is under way as well as electrical work.

• January 11, 2023
  All of the rough plumbing and rough electrical is complete. Framing will begin on or before January 16th. Our store fronts and Drive Thru window will also be installed this week. This will be a quick build, so we are ordering our equipment package ASAP to guarantee its arrival once construction is complete!

• January 10, 2023
  The cement has been poured throughout the interior and the parking lot is looking great!

Dunkin’ Next Gen Restaurant Features

These new Next Gen restaurants will offer not only a vibrant, fresh look but will include new features such as a contactless drive-thru, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an innovative tap system. The tap system provides consistently cold sips, such as iced coffee, iced tea, Cold Brew, and Nitro-Infused Cold Brew-- which is a Next Gen exclusive.
