Here we grow again!

West 26th St.

Renovation construction has officially begun for our MillCreek Township Dunkin location on West 26th Street. This building previously was a FNB bank that DALRT, Inc. purchased. Using the existing structure, interior demo was completed last week. In the coming weeks, we will be installing electric, plumbing and the exterior will start to take the iconic Dunkin’ shape. Actual renovation of this building will only take about two months. Due to supply chain issues, equipment is expected to be delayed. The tentative hope is an early fall opening. Stay tuned for scheduled opening day updates!

Other Property Development Updates

West 38th structure demolition is scheduled for the week of July 15th with the new building construction starting immediately following the week of July 22nd.

Harborcreek has a tentative start date of mid to late September of this year.
