West 26th St. Dunkin’ Updates

This DALRT, Inc. Dunkin’ location is in development at 3310 West 26th St., Erie, PA 16506.

This location is expected to open in June of 2023. Read the latest update below. Now, the much anticipated Dunkin’ on West 26th St. can be next to open this summer.

• The store will feature soft seating and a fireplace.

• High ceilings are a unique feature of this location, formerly a First National Bank branch.

• The vault remains in place in the back of the store.

Thursday, 5/18 from 10am - 6pm
Monday, 5/22 from 8am-4pm
Tuesday, 5/23 8am - 7pm
Wednesday, 5/24 from 8am - 4pm

• Paving the parking lot will take place May 25 and 26.

• May 8, 2023
  The equipment has been delivered and the building is nearing completion for a June 2023 opening. The opening date has not yet been set.

• February 2, 2023
  Behind the walls of a Dunkin’. We have new photos! Look how things are coming along. The critical part of the electrical system is being installed today. We’ve been waiting eight months for these components due to supply chain delays so we are excited!

  we expect that next week the ceiling will be finished off.

• January 18, 2023 -

  The exterior of the walk-in refrigerator is installed. FRP is up on kitchen walls, painting is done in the eat-in. Concrete patio and drive-thru lane is in. HVAC units are in, heat is on so work can continue through these. Doing lighting this week. Concrete is halted for now until better weather in the spring.

Dunkin’ Next Gen Restaurant Features

These new Next Gen restaurants will offer not only a vibrant, fresh look but will include new features such as a contactless drive-thru, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an innovative tap system. The tap system provides consistently cold sips, such as iced coffee, iced tea, Cold Brew, and Nitro-Infused Cold Brew-- which is a Next Gen exclusive.
